For example, they were able to build image grids that ask participants to select a specific item. These types of questions helped identify bots by testing for random selections.
These capabilities allowed Prevision to automate data quality checks directly within the surveys, reducing errors and invalid responses.
An achievement that highlighted Voxco's impact was Prevision's award-winning project—a trade monitor study that won an “Interviewer Administered” MRS award in 2024. This study was especially challenging due to its complexity, involving the use of the Tradespeople panel to provide clients with insights across a range of business aspects.
“It is a very complicated project so the ability to build in looping, sampling and the questionnaire management aspects of the Voxco product has been crucial. Effectively, back in the old system we would have to create nine different questionnaires and manually go through nine times should any changes need to be made. Every bank of questions had to be created nine times. We definitely saw big improvements when we moved this project over to Voxco. Better management and control of the sample has been a key reason for its success.”
Previously, the process required creating multiple versions of the same questionnaire and manually implementing changes for each one, which was both time-consuming and prone to error. With Voxco’s multi-mode capabilities, Prevision was able to streamline the process.

Voxco’s survey management tools allowed Prevision to improve their ability to control and target specific samples, adjusting for factors like time of day and interviewer assignment rules. These adjustments—particularly through the Voxco CATI tool’s call rules and quota management features—helped ensure a higher quality data set.
“Another key aspect of the workflow using the Voxco CATI tool has been the call rules and parameters that we built-in using the system. We wanted specific assignment rules for certain interviewers, and with quota management we also set up rules around time of day too, which reduced unwanted calls.”

“For example, on that Tradespeople project that we’ve been talking about, a KPI for us is Strike Rate. Simply put, the number of interviews we’ve achieved per hour has really improved using Voxco.”
